How much leave do I get by law?
Employment Act 1955 s.60E: 8 days (under 2 years), 12 days (2 to 5 years), 16 days (5 years or more), pro rata for an incomplete year. Your contract may give more.
How it works: the planner looks at every public holiday and weekend in 2031 and picks the combination of breaks that gives you the most days off in total for the leave you have. Leave days are only spent on working days.
